Thanks for sharing the posture video. I subscribed! I take aqua zumba and cardio dance classes and work once a week with a personal trainer on strength training, but my posture isn't great. Cindy provides some good tips!

Hi Dr McBride! How do you know if you should consider HRT? I have definitely suffered from hot flashes and peri-menopause weight gain. Also I have my annual physical coming up next month. I know she will do the basic bloodwork but are there any other blood tests you recommend for a peri-menopausal 55 year old? Thank you!

Dr. McBride, the exercises on the link that show how to prevent the rounded spine or hunched over posture of older people are dangerous for people with osteoporosis or fractures of the spine. There are other exercises that are recommended such as strengthening the core.People may be misled and should always check with a physical therapist or doctor.

vorrei tener a mettere in evidenza che l'utilizzo della cannapis in medicina trova un vasto inpiego come antidolorifico , anche se a lungo andare puo' avere degli effetti deleterei.
