Can you please talk a little about restless leg syndrome? Is it treatable without taking medication? What are the underlying causes? Iy tends to come and go... it is very annoying and makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Want to give a +1 to the value of pelvic floor physical therapists, if pelvic floor muscles are at the root of any issues. Learned so much about how all of our muscles are connected and people who get into that field tend to be very sex positive.
Good morning, I’m 56 years old. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021, had a lumpectomy in 2022, cancer came back same spot in 2023, doctor said he guess he just didn’t get all. 2024 had a double mastectomy. No chemo no radiation no or preventative estrogen medication stage 0. Hormones are gone. But I can not get any help with my Libdo. I have tried everything but estrogen! I’m on testosterone compound cream and that is it. No one has said anything about progesterone either.! Concerned about my marriage. Having a procedure done next week I have a polyp in my uterus and the uterus lining is very thick. Any other advice that you can give about low libido would be absolutely wonderful since I have tried everything else. Thank you, Have a great day. TB
Where do I get the $13 tube of hormone cream that lasts 2-3 months? My insurance does not cover it. Thank you so much for all of this helpful information!!
