Just finished listening to your discussion of anxiety. Spot on. My anxiety has definitely been over the top and I recognize some is health related. Some overuse injuries to heal from coupled with MOHs surgery last week. Stitches out today. Lost a job recently that I didn’t see that coming. Live alone in a new state. Trying now to bring my nursing license here since my current state offers reciprocity. Lots of hoops. Love the house but need the cash to finish work needed. Oh yeah at 77 I should be retired. Just a few things besides the crazy stuff we’re living through. So thank you so much for reminding me that I can be in the drivers seat. The community here is filled with kind people. I have been a bit isolative Lately. But I’ve caught and released 16 and counting squirrels. So win win. And the vultures don’t like my BB gun. I live in the Ozarks on NW AR. Again. Thank you.
My anxiety: I’m 83, my 22 year old granddaughter put into rehab 3 times and walked out before end. She has left home, moved far away, keeps quiet even tho she has used me for help with her alcoholic parents. My 30 y o granddaughter very soon to be married in Cabo. All my garments must be seen, choose which event to wear!!!
How I am going to be the normal person when I see her?
I take Bupropion and sertralin. Pain with spinal stenosis.
No therapist . Living 3 hrs from home and have no way to find new one.
