Thank you! I think simply acknowledging that to be anxious is to be human, is an enormous help in itself. We have to remove this expectation for all out happiness, growth and resilience.

is my first step toward recovery. It is so good to know that there is or was another health professional suffering from the same ill. You were also listing symptoms of PTSD here, another good topic to talk about. Thanks Dr. McBride.
