I am a women’s health NP and menopause specialist. I love my work and am as passionate now as I was when I finished grad school in 1992. I am also the mother of 4 grown children who a teacher, a neurosurgeon, a therapist and an engineer. They are all blossoming. I have also been care taking my Mom for 2 years until she passed last month. This is a long message to say between work, motherhood, care taking I find I have very few close friends. I am 64~ I love my career and adore my children but I need to meet and cultivate friendships. It’s hard, I feel discouraged and isolated. I love this conversation. Thank you
