Right before I read this, I took a nap. I haven't taken a nap in forever. There has been a lot of stress in my life lately. Feeling anxious. And I fell asleep doing a puzzle.

Such a helpful article. Thank you! I always try to do the most with the time I have and am very physically active for work. My main symptom is body pain and it's true that some nice R and R makes a huge difference. There are times I have to push but thankfully it is most often short term. Overall I am trying to build more time for rest and "catching up" into my life. I find that social time with friends also tends to go by the wayside when I'm too busy and I'm trying to build more of that into my life as well.

This was so good! I recently realized that my body was in a constant state of stress because I keep my body tensed up I had to remember to allow myself to rest and relax guilt free and ask for more help. Rest is productive
