So ,it sounds like you are showing us that the best way to health is to have our doctor be our teachers and coaches enabling us to take more and better responsibility and care of our own bodies and minds.Thank you Coach McBride.
It’s like you are on my walks with my friends as one was just touting a new probiotic regimen and it is just made me tired trying to keep it all straight! Thank you for this. Going to be asking my doctors about this when I find that menopause specialist!
Thanks for more relevant information, Lucy. Have been coping with IBS (and GERD plus recurring diverticulitis) for 14 years. Still learning new ways to manage these pesky conditions.
I think maybe my questions might belong elsewhere as my gut issues are great again. I live with RA & numerous comorbidities. I have had this for 16 years. Is it normal to be this exhausted all the time. I knew fatigue could be bad - but there are days that I cannot do a thing. Pain is manageable, but fatigue not so much. Is it age?
Thank you for listening & if this is not your “thing” I apologize.

It’s all very individualized … and can often feel like lifelong game of trial and error!
